Barbil, Odisha: Odisha Mining Corporation Limited (OMC) is seeking to fill up various Non-Executive posts through a walk-in interview process. The vacancies are for the posts of Foreman (Mining), Surveyor and Mining Mate.

OMC to Recruit Foremen, Surveyors and Mining Mates

Eligibility

  • Candidates must be domiciled in Odisha.
  • Minimum educational qualification:
    • Foreman (Mining): Diploma in Mining with Foreman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS as per MMR (Metalliferous Mines Regulations), 1961.
    • Surveyor: Survey/Mining Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
    • Blaster-III: HSC with Blaster’s Certificate (one extra incremental entry) issued by DGMS as per MMR (Mines Regulations), 1961.
    • Mining Mate-III: HSC with Mining Mate Certificate (one extra incremental entry) issued by DGMS as per MMR (Mines Regulations), 1961.

Age Limit:

Age as on 01/11/2023.

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 38 years
