Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • Preferred: PG Diploma/MBA (Legal preferred for Compliance Manager).
  • Experience:
    • 5–15 years cumulative experience in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services.
    • 2–10 years in debt recovery, portfolio management, complaints, compliance, vendor/process/call center activities.
  • Nationality: Indian citizen or approved equivalents.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Minimum CIBIL Score: 680 at joining.
    • No adverse background reports.
    • Willingness to work anywhere in India.
