Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Preferred: PG Diploma/MBA (Legal preferred for Compliance Manager).
Experience:
5–15 years cumulative experience in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services.
2–10 years in debt recovery, portfolio management, complaints, compliance, vendor/process/call center activities.
Nationality: Indian citizen or approved equivalents.
Other Requirements:
Minimum CIBIL Score: 680 at joining.
No adverse background reports.
Willingness to work anywhere in India.
