CBSE Direct Recruitment 2026: 124 vacancies

CBSE has released the Direct Recruitment Quota Examination 2026 (DRQ-2026) notification for 124 Group A, B & C vacancies including Assistant Secretary, Assistant Professor, Superintendent, Junior Assistant and more. Eligible candidates can apply online from 02 to 22 December 2025. Selection will be through written exam, skill test and interview as applicable.

Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

Assistant Secretary (Group A)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Interview

Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics / Training / Skill Education)

  • Post-Graduate Degree with 55% marks
  • Desirable: B.Ed/M.Ed, NET/SLET, NET-JRF, PhD
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Interview

Accounts Officer

  • Degree/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounts, Economics
  • OR CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Interview

Superintendent

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Typing: 35 wpm English / 30 wpm Hindi
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Skill Test (Qualifying)

Junior Translation Officer

  • Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with translation qualification or experience
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2

Junior Accountant
