Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University or National Law School
- Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council
- Minimum 3 years of experience at the Bar or Court dealing with Criminal and Fiscal Laws
- Experience in cases related to PMLA, FEMA, COFEPOSA, NDPS etc. will be preferred
- Candidates having LLM degree may be given additional weightage
Nationality
- Indian citizens only
Age Limit
- Legal Consultant: Not more than 35 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules
Selection Process
