Eligible candidates who have completed graduation can apply online for the Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination-2025 (CGLRE-2025). OSSC CGL 2025-26 Eligibility Criteria
General Eligibility
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia and must have fulfilled at least one of the following:
- Passed Middle School with Odia as a subject
- Passed HSC with Odia as medium of instruction
- Passed Odia as a subject in Class VII or above
- Passed Odia test conducted by School & Mass Education Department, Govt. of Odisha
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
- Basic knowledge of Computer (Internet, Email, Word Processing, Data Analysis, Presentation)
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years

Selection Process
The selection will be done through the following stages:
- Preliminary Examination
- Mains Examination
- Certificate Verification
OSSC CGL Prelims Exam Pattern
- There will be 150 MCQs. for 150 marks in the exam.
- The duration of the exam is 150 minutes.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
- The level of questions asked will be of the 10th standard.
