The Staff Selection Commission (SSC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), will conduct an open competitive examination for the recruitment of Constables (General Duty) across multiple forces. These include the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR), and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The recruitment process comprises a Computer-Based Examination (CBE), followed by a Physical Standard Test (PST), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Medical Examination, and Document Verification. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized board as of 01/01/2025. Those who do not meet this qualification need not apply.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):

Selection Process

The selection for SSC GD Constable 2024 consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
   The test will include 80 questions with a total of 160 marks. The subjects include Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Hindi/English.
