Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- No pending criminal cases.
- Must have good mental & physical health certified by a Govt. MD doctor.
- Must provide a Conduct Certificate from a Class-I Gazetted Officer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English / Odia / Hindi.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT/GIS/AI/Database/Project Management roles depending on the post.
Educational Qualification
- 10th: Minimum 50% marks
- 12th: Minimum 40% marks
- Graduation: Minimum 50% marks
- Relevant technical degrees such as B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/PG Diploma as per post requirements.
Post-Specific Eligibility
- Each post requires specialized technical skills detailed in the official notification (Server Admin, Spatial DB Admin, AI/ML, Mobile/Web GIS, DBA, Business Analyst, RS-GIS Project Manager).

Selection Process
ORSAC will conduct the following stages:
- Shortlisting of Applications
Based on educational qualification, experience, and domain skills. - Document Verification
Candidates must produce all original certificates, ID proof, salary slips, EPF number, conduct certificate, etc. - Technical Interview
Conducted by a panel of domain experts of ORSAC. - 4-Month Performance Evaluation (Probation)
Selected candidates undergo on-job assessment. Unsatisfactory candidates will be terminated. - Final Engagement
Contract offered for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years.
