Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates should have completed & have passing certificate for their graduation after 31/03/2020.
Age Limit:
- Candidate should be between 20 and 25 years
- Relaxation of Upper age allowed for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc.
Application Fee
Application/Examination/Intimation fee for all eligible applicants as per the categories below. GST @ 18% extra will be charged on the application fee.

How to Apply for CBI Apprentice 2024
To submit your application for the CBI Apprentice program in 2024, follow these steps:
- Visit the apprenticeship portal at www.nats.education.gov.in.
- If you already have a profile on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (apprenticeship portal), log in and proceed to apply. If not, create your profile first.
- Once logged in, navigate to the section “Apply Against Advertised Vacancy” and search for “Apprenticeship with Central Bank of India.”
- Click on the “Apply” button under the Action Column.
- Provide all required personal information and details accurately.
Upon successful submission, all applicants will receive an email communication from BFSI SSC (naik.ashwini@bfsissc.com) containing bank details for payment of the examination fee.
Selection Process
The selection process for engagement of candidates applying for apprenticeship at the Bank involves the following steps:
Online Written Test (Objective Type):
- The test comprises five parts: Quantitative Aptitude, General English, Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, Basic Retail Liability Products, Basic Retail Asset Products, Basic Investment Products, and Basic Insurance Products.
- Selection is merit-based as per vacancies.
- If multiple candidates score the same marks, ranking is based on age, with older candidates given preference.
Local Language Proficiency:
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language.
- A certificate of VIII/X/XII or Graduate level, indicating the study of a local language, is required.
