Eligibility of Candidate
Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist, Jr. Typist & Stenographer Gr.-III
A candidate must:
- Citizenship: Be a Citizen of India.
- Education: Have passed at least +3 examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Computer Skills: Have a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Age: Be over 18 years and below 32 years of age as of 26.06.2024 (age relaxation applicable for reserved categories).
- Language: Be able to speak, read, and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
- Character: Be of good character.
- Health: Be of sound health, good physique, and be free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.
- Marital Status: If married, have not more than one spouse living.
- Typing/Shorthand Speed:
- Jr. Typist: Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English typing.
- Stenographer Gr.-III: Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing.
