Eligibility Criteria

For Stenographer Gr.-III and Junior Grade Typist:

1. Must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute is required.
3. Age should be between 18 and 38 years as of 28th August 2023, with age relaxation as per rules. [Calculate Your Age]
4. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Odia and passing a Test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard is mandatory.
5. Candidates should possess good character and be in sound health.
6. For Junior Grade Typist, a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English through Computer System is required.
7. For Stenographer Gr.-III, a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English through Computer System is required.

For Salaried Amin:

1. Must have passed H.S.C. examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
2. Should have passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a Govt./Recognized institution.
3. Age should be between 18 and 38 years as of 28th August 2023, with age relaxation as per rules.
4. Knowledge in Computer Application is necessary.
5. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Odia and passing a Test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard is mandatory.
6. Candidates should possess good character and be in sound health.

How To Apply

Applications with required documents and attested copies of certificates must be sent by Registered/Speed Post to the Office of the District Judge, Balasore- 756001, and must reach by 5.00 P.M. on 28th August 2023. Applications received after the specified date will be summarily rejected.

All candidates are exempted from payment of the Examination fees.
