Eligibility of Candidate
A. For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist & Grade-III Stenographer:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
- Education: At least +3 Examinations or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Age: 18 to 32 years as of 24.06.2024 (age relaxation for reserved categories).
- Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia; must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Character & Health: Good character, sound health, good physique, free from any organic defects or bodily infirmity.
- Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living, if married.
- Computer Skills: Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institute.
- Typing/Shorthand Speed:
- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: Not specified.
- Grade-III Stenographer: Minimum 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typewriting in English.
B. For Salaried Amin:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
- Education: Matriculation or equivalent; must have passed Revenue Inspector Training.
- Age: 18 to 32 years as of 24.06.2024 (age relaxation for reserved categories).
- Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia; must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Character & Health: Good character, sound health, good physique, free from any organic defects or bodily infirmity.
- Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living, if married.
- Computer Skills: Operating knowledge of computer.
