Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia and must have fulfilled at least one of the following:
- Passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject
- Passed HSC or equivalent with Odia as medium of instruction

Selection Process
The OSSC CPGL Recruitment 2026 selection will be conducted in three stages:
Stage I – Preliminary Examination
- Total Marks: 150
- Mode: OMR / CBRE
- Shortlisting: 6 times the vacancies category-wise
Stage II – Main Written Examination
- Total Marks: 200
- Mode: OMR / CBRE
- Negative Marking
- 1/4 mark for 4-option questions
- 1/3 mark for 3-option questions
Stage III – Certificate Verification
- Shortlisting: 2 times the number of vacancies post-wise

- Register: Click “New User” to complete One-Time Registration (OTR) using your Email ID and Mobile Number (validated by OTP). Create a User Name and Password.
