Eligibility
- Essential Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in company secretariat of any listed/unlisted company (internship/training not counted)
- Area of Experience: Secretarial matters including drafting agendas, minutes, official letters, conducting meetings, and statutory compliance.
Upper Age Limit: 29 years (as of last application date)
Relaxations and Concessions:
- As per Government of India directives for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/Ex-SM/PwBD candidates.
- Upper age limit relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: As per Government of India directives
