Essential Qualifications and Work Experience
- Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from a reputed institution.
- Preference for candidates with higher education in Development/Rural Stream.

- Proficiency in the local language of the respective Aspirational Block.
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Experience in working or interning with Development Organizations.
- Passion for community development.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to driving positive change.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their higher education in the Development/Rural Stream.
Age Criteria
- Age: 23 to 45 years (as of 01/01/2024)
- Proof of Age: High School Certificate or equivalent certificate issued by the competent board/council.
