Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), invites applications for various posts at its Rourkela Plant and Mines at Bolani Ore Mines, Barsuan Iron Mines, and Kalta Iron Mines under Odisha Group of Mines.

Eligibility

Operator-cum-Technician:

• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Qualification: Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Power Plant/Production/Instrumentation Engineering and First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.

Operator-cum-Technician (Electrical Supervisor):

• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Qualification: Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering, valid Electrical Supervisory Certificate of Competency and minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee):

• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Qualification: Matriculation with ITI in the relevant trade.

Salary and Benefits

• Operator-cum-Technician: Regular employment in S-3 grade with a scale of pay of Rs.26600-3%-38920/-. The emoluments will include Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, perquisites under cafeteria approach and other allowances, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, free Medical Treatment for self and family etc. as per rules of the Company.
• Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee): Consolidated pay of Rs. 12,900/- for the 1st year and Rs.15,000/- for the 2nd year of training, free medical facility, leave etc. On successful completion of training, regular employment in S-1 grade with a scale of pay of Rs.25070-3%-35070/-(S-1).
