- VP Wealth (SRM): Graduation (Mandatory). Preferred MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% and certifications like NISM / CFP / CFA.
- AVP Wealth (RM): Graduation (Mandatory). Preference to PG in Finance/Marketing/Banking with relevant certifications.
- Customer Relationship Executive: Graduation from a recognized university.

- VP Wealth (SRM): 26 to 42 Years
- AVP Wealth (RM): 23 to 35 Years
- Customer Relationship Executive: 20 to 35 Years
