Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria to apply for SAIL MTT Recruitment
Age:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Upper age limit: 33 years for SC/ST, 31 years for OBC(NCL), and 33 years + 10 years relaxation for PwBD as of December 31, 2023.
Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters).
- SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental Candidates with Engineering Degree in the required disciplines and 55% marks (average of all semesters) are eligible to apply.

selection process
- Online Exam (Computer Based Test): 200 marks test consisting of Domain Knowledge (40 minutes) and Aptitude (80 minutes) sections. Minimum 40% score in each section required to proceed.
- Group Discussion and Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in GDs and interviews conducted in a 1:3 ratio for each category.
- Final Merit List: Based on scores from online exam, GD, and interview with weightage of 75:10:15 respectively.
